Overfloor Radiant Heating Systems

Radiantmax Overfloor Packages are designed for the installation of a radiant system over the subfloor. We include all the parts necessary including the Radiantmax aluminum heat transfer plates. We don’t include the 5/8” particle board. Why pay us to cut up plywood and ship it to you when you can buy it at Home Depot or Lowes. Rip the 4 x 8 sheets into 7" strips and use the plates as an alignment guide as you nail the strips and the plates down, it’s that easy!

Our competition sells systems with different types of plywood products included, some with thin aluminum foil coatings, and most with smaller 3/8” diameter tubing. We use 1/2” BPEX tubing on 8” centers, and we highly recommend using our aluminum plates. They increase heat transfer by over 30% which means lower water temperatures, shorter boiler running time, and lower heating bills! Our larger tube diameter means a higher output per square foot is possible when needed. Having to provide supplemental heat is an expensive option.
