Alternative Energy Design Engineer

General Description:
The Design Engineer delivers exceptional service through high self motivation combined with efficient and precise design. Working for the engineering manager, responsibilities will include product design, electrical drawings, piping diagrams, duct design, issuing shop orders, equipment specification, etc.

Preferred requirements:
• Mechanical and/or electrical engineering experience.
• Refrigerant systems knowledge.
• Proficient with AutoCad, MS Word, Excel, Act, etc.
• High degree of motivation.
• Ability to work well with customers and office personnel alike.

Work experience requirements:
• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Must pass the Drug Test
• Must pass the Background Check
• Years of Relevant Work Experience – 3 to 5 years MINIMUM

Preference will be given to those with an HVAC or building background with a focus on radiant, geothermal and/or solar.

Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree or 3-5 years related work experience

Sales Leader

General Description:
An Eagle Mountain Sales Leader delivers exceptional service through developing customer relationships, increasing market share and generating profitable sales. The customers will include but will not be limited to Contractors, HVAC installers, Plumbing contractors and installers, Architects and direct consumers.

The Right Sales Representative:

Maintains close customer relations and satisfaction.
Is Technically Savvy
Places orders and completes all necessary paperwork.
Completes customer proposals.
Prospects for new builder accounts.
Meets or exceeds sales goals monthly.
Must be results oriented and performance based as this is a commissioned position.
Provide monthly forecasts in a timely manner.
Effectively resolves all customer issues interfacing effectively with other departments.

All other tasks as assigned.

Work experience requirements:
• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Must pass the Drug Test
• Must pass the Background Check
• Familiar with ACT or similar CRM
• Thorough knowledge on Microsoft Office programs
• Years of Relevant Work Experience - 5 years MINIMUM
